  • StichNiv sells handcrafted devotional dresses for gods and goddesses.

  • All products are handmade; slight variations in color, design, or size may occur and are considered normal.

  • Product images are for reference only; actual product may vary slightly due to handcrafted nature.

  • Dress size and fit details are clearly mentioned in product images and descriptions.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details before placing an order.

Order Confirmation

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

Dispatch & Proof

  • Orders are dispatched within 3–4 working days.

  • A dispatch video of the product will be shared via WhatsApp before shipping as proof of quality and condition.

Shipping

  • Shipping is currently available within India only.

  • Delivery timelines depend on the courier partner and location.

  • StichNiv is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external factors.

No Return / No Refund Policy

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

  • Since products are handmade devotional items and a dispatch video is shared before shipping, customers are advised to order carefully.

WhatsApp Orders

  • Orders can also be placed via WhatsApp.

  • The same Terms & Conditions apply to WhatsApp orders as website orders.

International Orders

    • International shipping is not available currently.

    • We plan to start international delivery soon.

Pricing

  • Prices are listed in INR and may change without prior notice.

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

Intellectual Property

  • All content, images, designs, and text on StichNiv are the property of StichNiv.

  • Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
