Dispatch Proof & Transparency

  • A product dispatch video is shared with the customer via WhatsApp before shipping.

  • This video serves as proof of product condition, quality, and packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • In the rare case of a wrong product being dispatched, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.

  • We will review the case and provide a suitable resolution if the issue is found to be from our side.
